Experience - 2 + years

• Should have experience as a Site Supervisor/Site Engineer in both structural work and finishing works.
• Should be capable of reading drawings.

• Should be having experience in finishing and structural works.

Salary - Rs.15000 + Performance Bonus (Upto Rs.5,000).

Increment After Each Project Depending on the Performance.

Job Description -

Collaborate with workers to ensure that work plans are tracked and analyzed to maximize efficiency in the field operations.
Develop, maintain and report the daily quantities installed and performed
Create and maintain required work plans, project logs, RFPs, RFIs, PAs and invoices.
Implement Quality Control (QC) plan requirements for the project.
Responsible for documenting the non-conformance, investigating causes of occurrence, working and following up with workers to ensure the non-conformance is resolved.
Perform onsite inspections and documentation of all daily inspections, testing and adherence to established procedures, provide follow up inspections and document correction of deficiencies.

Internship Period : 3-6-Months.

Stipend : 1st Month - 5000 , 2nd Month - Rs.6000,

3rd Month Onwards : Rs.6000 + Bonus upto Rs.4000.

Students with exemplary performance and honesty will be recruited.

The bonus amount depends on the performance of the student.

Perform quantity take-offs from plans and contrast weekly field quantities and plan quantities.
Create and maintain required work plans, project logs, RFPs, RFIs.
